By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms then you may not access the Service.
Account Sharing We do not allow users to share their login credentials / license key of the MailFX app with anyone else. Violation of this term could result in the termination of your MailFX account.
Service Availability The access to our Service can not be guaranteed. When using our Service, you have to be aware that our whole Service or some part of it may stop occasionally, or for an unlimited period of time, without any pre-notice. If this happens, we will try to provide as much informations as we can regarding this, without having any obligations about it. MailFX is linked to third-party web sites or services which might stop from one day to another. Which means we are dependent from them and can not make sure our service will always be accessible.
TV Performance Video and audio broadcasting of any description (including TV, radio and Internet) of this effect is prohibited without the written consent of its creator. Violation of this term could result in the termination of your MailFX account.
Subscription Charges Subscription charges may be revised due to factors like increase in server cost and other maintenance costs associated with MailFX.
Changes We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material we will try to provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect, on our official Facebook Page. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, please stop using the Service.
